This model is personalized according to your desires, NO RETURNS for exchange, credit or refund can be accepted.

Do not dry clean.
Wash inside out at 30° delicate wash and preferably with similar colours.
Do not bleach and the use of a dryer is not recommended.
Iron inside out with a soft iron, bypassing the embroidery when there is one.

Second Shipping Charges

The identity and address information transmitted during the order is the sole responsibility of the customer.

SIAMOISE as well as the carrier would not be held responsible for the non-accuracy of the information transmitted not allowing the initial delivery of the order.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery of your order, for reasons of "incomplete, incorrect address, or missing information" (non-exhaustive) not allowing the carrier to deliver your order, as well as in the event of non-collection of the package at a relay or postal point, carrier costs will be borne by the customer for any new shipment of the order (the price being variable depending on the area of delivery, FR, EU or World, click here).

In the event that you do not wish a second delivery of your order, followed by a reimbursement request, transport and management costs (€20 flat rate) will be deducted from said reimbursement, even if the shipping costs shipping had been initially OFFERED by SIAMOISE when ordering.
