When you receive your order, an item does not suit you? 

All items on our site can be returned to us (except jewelry, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Attention : Items must not have been worn or washed. They must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.  NO RETURNS for exchange, credit or refund will be accepted on a model personalized by the customer.

2 solutions are available to you of your choice (not cumulative & not  separable):

The credit will be sent to you by email and will be valid for 1 year on the site from the initial order date.  An order can only give rise to one return procedure. A credit or an exchange cannot be refunded.

In case you would use, the free return portal dedicated only to exchanges and credits for a refund request, management will refuse the transformation into a refund. In the exceptional case of management agreement for transformation, and if and only if the file has not been closed,  a flat rate of €10 (ten euros) in France and €15 (fifteen euros) in Europe will be automatically deducted from your reimbursement.

2. RETURN FOR REFUND

To make a return for refund, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

NO CONFIRMATION  from us is not to be heard to make your return. You can drop off your postal or physical return at the workshop. Only the filing date of your package will be taken as a reference for the validation period of your return.

We will process the refund within 14/20 working days from the date of  reception, a period which extends to 30 days during the summer period (July/August) and during the Christmas period.

The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase.  A credit or gift card cannot be refunded.

We do not accept returns to relay points or signatures required upon receipt (AR). . We recommend that you send your item with postal tracking.
For hand deliveries at the Versailles workshop please send an appointment request by email tohello@siamoise.fr
For returns with "Customs Passage" Please fill out the customs form for "return of goods" without customs fees.SIAMOISE cannot be held responsible if your customs documents are not duly completed by you.

No refund will not be accepted following a file processed initially to have or exchange the two procedures are distinct, and not cumulative.

Please note that  for hygiene reasons,  We WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN of the following articles:
  • Body 
  • Swimsuit 
  • Jewelry (necklace, earrings, bracelets)
If your shipment contains one of these items, a refund will not be made. . The item will be made available at the workshop or returned subject to deduction of the return shipping costs from your refund.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

In the event of a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order, the file can be transformed into a purchase voucher or refund depending on the customer's wishes.
Beyond 24 hours the file will be automatically and exclusively transformed into a cancellation for a purchase voucher of the value of its cancellation.
