Returns

From Friday, November 14, 2025, your purchases on the website and in store have an exceptionally extended return period until December 5, 2026.

Return conditions

Upon receiving your order, if an item does not suit you, you can return it within a period of 14 days depending on the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items eligible for return: All articles on the site, except jewelry, swimsuits, underwear And bodies.
• Item condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Any returned item that is damaged, torn, or broken will not be accepted. SIAMOISE. Each product is carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged in our workshop before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
• Shoes return : The shoes must be returned in their original box. It is important to note that the box must not be used as a means of transport. If the box is damaged (for example, by applying tape or labels directly to it), an additional fee of five (5) euros will be charged.
  
• Exclusion: Personalized items are not not eligible for exchange, credit note or refund.

• Procedure Outside the European Union:Returns must be made exclusively through the refund procedure.
  If you would prefer a credit note rather than a refund, SIAMOISE will contribute to the return costs up to €10 (flat rate).
  This amount will be added to your credit, which you can then use to place a new order or make an exchange.

• In the event of a partial return ofan order that benefited from a conditional discount (such as the offer "-20% off when you buy 3 items"), if the number of items kept falls below the minimum required, the discount initially applied will no longer be valid.APPLYThe refund amount will then be adjusted to the actual price of the items kept without the discount.

No initial return request can be modified and will not give rise to that only one request according to your choice (exchange/credit/refund) per order.
