At the house of SIAMOISE, the delivery is FREE no minimum purchase worldwide.

Import taxes

  • In the event of refusal to pay duties or refusal of the package, return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Second Shipment Fees

  • The address and identity information provided during the ordering process is binding on the customer.

  • In case of an incorrect address or failure to collect the package:

    • The customer is responsible for the reshipping costs, depending on the delivery area.

    • If you opt for a refund instead, the amount of repatriation and processing fees will be deducted (variable depending on the geographical area).

Lost or damaged package

  • If the package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier SIAMOISE takes charge of a new shipment at no extra cost.

Right of withdrawal

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return for refund, in accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

  • Enjoy 20% off when you buy 3 items or more! As soon as you choose 3 or more items, you automatically receive a 20% discount on your order.
    If you return part of your purchase within 14 days and the number of items kept falls below 3, the discount will no longer be applicable.APPLY and will be adjusted upon reimbursement.

Return conditions

  • All items are eligible for return except : jewelry/swimwear/underwear/bodysuits

  • Items must be: Unworn/Unwashed/In their original condition/With tags attached

  • THE personalized items They are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

  • "Surprise Packs" are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Returns Outside the European Union

  • Returns possible only for refund.

  • If you prefer a credit note:

    • SIAMOISE contributes to the return costs up to €10.

    • This amount is added to your credit to be used on a future order.
