Wash inside out at 30° delicate wash and preferably with similar colours.
Do not bleach and the use of a dryer is not recommended.
Iron inside out with a soft iron, bypassing the embroidery when there is one.

Siamoise has no way of knowing the amount of taxes that will be charged in your country. These taxes depend on the regulations applied by the governments of each country (outside the EU); we recommend that you check with your country.

If you refuse payment of duties and taxes or delivery of the package, please note that due to the costs incurred for its return, we will deduct a fee from your refund.

Responsibility for delivery information
Identity and address information provided when ordering is the responsibility of the customer.

Neither SIAMOISE nor the carrier can be held responsible in the event of inaccuracy of the information, making initial delivery impossible.

In the event of unsuccessful delivery(incorrect, incomplete address, missing information, or non-collection of the package from a relay/postal point), the reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. These costs vary depending on the delivery area (France, EU, World).

Reimbursement and associated fees

If you do not want a new shipment and request a refund, flat rate transport and management costs (20 €) will be deducted, even if the shipping costs had been offered when ordering .

Case of lost or damaged package

If the package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier,SIAMOISE will take charge of new preparation and delivery, at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

In the event of a cancellation request within 24 hours of the order, the file can be transformed into a voucher or a refund, depending on your choice. After this 24-hour period, the cancellation will be automatically and exclusively converted into a voucher of equivalent value

In all cases of cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that this will be taken care of, as the preparation and shipping time is extremely short.
