At the house of SIAMOISE, delivery is OFFER no minimum purchase worldwide.

Orders processed under 72 working hours on average
Exceptions: models on pre-order or in production, time between 7 and 15 working days (specified on the product sheet).

Outside the EU, taxes or customs fees may apply.APPLY at the reception.
These costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not the responsibility of SIAMOISE.
In the event of refusal to pay the duties or refusal of the package, return costs will be deducted from the refund.

The address and identity information provided when ordering is binding on the customer.
In case of address error or non-collection of the package:
- Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, depending on the delivery area.
- If you opt for a refund, the amount of repatriation and processing costs will be deducted (varies depending on the geographical area).

If the package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier, SIAMOISE supports a new shipment at no extra cost.

You have 14 days after receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return for reimbursement, in accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

THE personalized items are neither returned nor exchanged
The "Surprise Bags" are neither returned nor exchanged.

Returns only possible for refund.
If you prefer a credit:
- SIAMOISE contributes to the return costs up to 10 €.
- This amount is added to your credit to be used on a future order.
