Return conditions

Upon receipt of your order, if an item does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days following the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items eligible for return: All articles on the site, except jewelry, swimsuits, underwear And bodysuits.
• Condition of items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Any item returned damaged, torn, or damaged will not be accepted by SIAMOISE. Each product is carefully checked, photographed, and packaged in our workshop before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
• Return of shoes : Shoes must be returned in their original box. It is important to note that the box must not be used as a means of transport. In the event of damage to the box (for example, application of tape or labels directly on the box), an additional fee of five (5) euros will be applied.
  
• Exclusion: Personalized items are not not eligible for exchange, credit or refund.

• Procedure outside the European Union:Returns must be made exclusively through the refund procedure.
  If you would like to receive a credit note rather than a refund, SIAMOISE will contribute to the return costs up to €10 (flat rate).
  This amount will be added to your credit, which you can then use to place a new order or make an exchange.

• In the event of a partial return ofan order that has benefited from a conditional discount (such as the “-20% off when you buy 3 items”) offer, if the number of items kept falls below the minimum required, the discount initially applied can no longer be applied.APPLYThe refund amount will then be adjusted to the actual price of the items kept without the discount.

No initial return request may be modified and will not give rise to only one request according to your choice (exchange/credit/refund) per order.
