Responsibility for delivery information
The identity and address information provided when ordering is the responsibility of the customer.

Neither SIAMOISE nor the carrier can be held responsible in the event of inaccuracy of the information, making initial delivery impossible.

In case of unsuccessful delivery (incorrect or incomplete address, missing information, or failure to collect the package from a relay/postal point), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. These costs vary depending on the delivery area (France, EU, Worldwide).

Reimbursement and associated costs

If you do not want a new shipment and request a refund, flat rate transport and management costs (€20) will be deducted, even if shipping costs were offered when ordering.

Case of lost or damaged package

If the package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier, SIAMOISE will take care of a new preparation and delivery, at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE


Due to our very short preparation and shipping time, we cannot guarantee the possibility of canceling an order before it is received.

However, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and return it for reimbursement, following the standard procedure indicated on our site.
