Return for Refund: AT YOUR EXPENSE

To make a return for a refund, simply return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

  • No confirmation from us is necessary to proceed with the return.
  • You can drop off your return by post or physically at the workshop.
  • The delivery date of your package will be used as a reference to validate compliance with the return deadline.

Reimbursement deadlines

  • The refund will be made within 14 to 20 working days after receipt of the package.
  • This period can be extended to 30 days during the summer period (July/August) and during the end-of-year holidays.
  • The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase. Credit notes or gift cards are not refundable.

Return conditions

  • We do not accept returns to relay points or shipments with acknowledgment of receipt (AR).
  • It is recommended to use tracked shipping with a national carrier to guarantee the traceability of your package.
  • In case of hand delivery to the workshop, please request an appointment at the address: hello@SIAMOISE.fr

Returns subject to customs

  • For returns involving customs clearance, it is essential to complete the customs form indicating "return goods" to avoid any fees.
  • SIAMOISE is not responsible for customs declaration errors. No refunds will be made if the documents are not correctly completed.

Restrictions and exclusions

  • Non-refundable items for hygiene reasons:
    • Body
    • Swimwear
    • Jewelry (necklaces, earrings, bracelets)
      If your return contains one of these items, no refund will be made. These items will be made available at the workshop or returned, with deduction of reshipping costs.

  • The refund, credit or exchange procedures are distinct and cannot be combined.
