Our Kumlaï bangles are traditional rushes which are known as true good luck charms in Buddhist culture and tradition.

Tradition wants Buddhists to have them blessed by monks in temples in order to bring them happiness and protection.

Flexible and light, they fit on the wrist quietly and are completely waterproof! You can wear them every day without taking them off if you want.

Precaution & Maintenance:

Nothing could be simpler to maintain! The bangles are transparent and filled with gold leaf, there is no problem getting them wet.

In Lucie's photos, some of the bangles are over 8 years old, others 5 years old and some 6 months old... no difference in wear is visible.

Thin and twisted models are also available to complete the collection.

Do not dry clean.
Wash inside out at 30° delicate wash and preferably with similar colours.
Do not bleach and the use of a dryer is not recommended.
Iron inside out with a soft iron, bypassing the embroidery when there is one.

SIAMOISE does not have the possibility of knowing the amount of taxes that will be requested in your country. These taxes depend on the regulations applied by the governments of each country (outside the EU) we recommend that you check with your country.

If you refuse payment of duties and taxes or delivery of the package, please note that due to the costs incurred for its return, we will deduct fees from your refund.

Responsibility for delivery information
The identity and address information provided when ordering is the responsibility of the customer.

Neither SIAMOISE nor the carrier can be held responsible in the event of inaccuracy of the information, making initial delivery impossible.

In case of unsuccessful delivery (incorrect or incomplete address, missing information, or failure to collect the package from a relay/postal point), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. These costs vary depending on the delivery area (France, EU, Worldwide).

Reimbursement and associated costs

If you do not want a new shipment and request a refund, flat rate transport and management costs (€20) will be deducted, even if shipping costs were offered when ordering.

Case of lost or damaged package

If the package is declared lost or damaged by the carrier, SIAMOISE will take care of a new preparation and delivery, at no additional cost.

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE


Due to our very short preparation and shipping time, we cannot guarantee the possibility of canceling an order before it is received.

However, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal and return it for reimbursement, following the standard procedure indicated on our site.
