The Gold-filled finish:
Gold-filled finishing is a treatment widely used in the United States. It is a 14-karat gold finish applied to a brass base.
The weight of the gold corresponds to 1/20th of the weight of the product, i.e. approximately 50 to 60 times more than a gold-plated product. Gold-filled is much more resistant and will oxidize much less quickly.
Do not dry clean.
Wash inside out at 30° delicate wash and preferably with similar colours.
Do not bleach and the use of a dryer is not recommended.
Iron inside out with a soft iron, bypassing the embroidery when there is one.

Responsibility for delivery information
The identity and address information provided when ordering is the responsibility of the customer.

In case of unsuccessful delivery (incorrect or incomplete address, missing information, or failure to collect the package from a relay/postal point), the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs. These costs vary depending on the delivery area (France, EU, Worldwide).
Reimbursement and associated costs
If you do not want a new shipment and request a refund, flat rate transport and management costs (€20) will be deducted, even if shipping costs were offered when ordering.
