CONFIDENTIALITY or OBLIGATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY

Siamoise undertakes to treat as strictly confidential all information communicated by the Client in the context of browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing Orders, whether it be personal data, details relating to purchases or any other information exchanged.

Siamoise undertakes not to disclose to third parties, directly or indirectly, all or part of the confidential information, except with the express prior authorization of the Client or as required by law or regulation.

This confidentiality obligation does not apply to the following information:

already public at the time of their communication;

became public without fail of Siamoise ;

that Siamoise would be required to disclose pursuant to a legal or regulatory provision, or upon the order of a competent judicial or administrative authority.

The Client's personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy accessible on the Site.
