At the house of SiamoiseWe offer all our customers, with no minimum purchase required, free return for an exchange or a credit note, as well as a simplified return process with a fee for a refund via our returns portal below

Upon receiving your order, if an item does not suit you, you can return it within a period of 14 days depending on the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items eligible for return: All articles on the site, except jewelry, swimsuits, underwear, bodies And surprise bags.
• Item condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Any returned item that is damaged, torn, or broken will not be accepted. SiamoiseEach product is carefully inspected, photographed, and packaged with care in our workshop before shipment.
• Return of shoes: Shoes must be returned in their original box and/or fabric bag. The box must not be used for shipping. A five (5) euro surcharge will be applied for any damage to the box (tape/labels directly on it).
• Exclusion: Personalized items are not not eligible For exchange, credit note, or refund. A request already processed for an exchange or credit note cannot be resubmitted. A gift card, credit note, or exchange cannot be converted into a refund.
• In the event of a partial return ofan order that benefited from a conditional discount (e.g., "20% off when you buy 3 or more items"), if the number of items kept falls below the minimum required, the initial discount no longer applies. The refund will be adjusted to the actual price of the items kept.
