Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to return your item(s) and request a refund, without having to justify your decision.

To return for a refund, please return your item(s) to the following address:

- No prior confirmation from us is necessary to proceed with the return.
- You can submit your return by post or in person at the workshop (by appointment).
- The date your package was dropped off will be used as a reference to check compliance with the return deadline.
Reimbursement Deadlines
The refund will be made within 14 to 20 working days after receipt of your package by our services.
Despite the best intentions, this period may sometimes be extended during the following periods:
- month of May (public holidays)
- summer period (July/August)
- end of year celebrations
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for your purchase.
⚠️ Attention : Credits or gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Policy
- The returns at a relay point or sent with acknowledgment of receipt (AR) are not accepted.
- We recommend using tracked shipping with a national carrier to ensure the traceability of your package.
- If you wish to drop off your return in person at the workshop, please make an appointment at the address : hello@siamoise.fr
Returns subject to customs
For any return requiring customs clearance, please complete the customs form, specifying " return of goods », in order to avoid additional costs that would be incurred by you.
Restrictions and Exclusions
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, The following items are non-refundable:
- Bodies
- Swimwear
- Jewelry (necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, etc.)
If your return contains any of these items, no refund will be issued. The affected items will be made available at the workshop or may be returned to you, with the return shipping costs being your responsibility.
Important
- The refund, credit or exchange procedures are separate and cannot be combined.
